Around Qingming, spring comes.

In the olden days, the ordinary people in Songjiang city and farmers in the townships nearby would go to Sheshan Mountain, Tianma Mountain, Hengshan Mountain and Small Kunshan Mountain to offer incense, watch the scenery and bathe in the spring breeze. This activity was called spring outing and lasted about half a month. At present, the spring outing and tomb sweeping at Qingming still exist.
