Zhang Jianguo, administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, met with Ma Li, vice-president of Ningxia Hui autonomous region, on Feb 8. The two sides discussed talent introduction in medical care, education and service industries, as well as cooperation regarding the new work permit system for foreigners in China.
What we do
SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
