Deng Li, the deputy director of the city of Qingdao’s commerce bureau, Shandong province, made trip to Singapore, on Nov 3, to visit the Qingdao Center for Business and Commerce, which was established this past Oct 17, to increase communications and cooperation, and the Shandong Nanshan Aluminium Corp’s Singapore branch.

Deng had a discussion with the Singapore Manufacturing Federation about cooperation in manufacturing services. Accompanying him was Jiang Haibo, president of Qingdao’s service outsourcing entrepreneurial association.
