The publicity department of the Dandong municipal CPC committee invited talents of cultural and artistic circles for a discussion on Nov 18 to recruit ideas on this year's Spring Festival celebration among local people.

The celebration is encouraged to take a new form different from the previous celebrations as well as to reflect local residents' daily life. Families among the audience are welcomed to take part in the celebration.

The celebration has begun recruiting programs and recommendations, and is welcoming locals to take part in the joyous event.
