The city of Changchun, capital of Jilin province put on an interesting lantern show in its Changchun Agricultural Expo Center, at 7:00 pm on June 13, with many different lantern exhibits each with a different theme suited to different local groups, for example the "Chinese story" lanterns to teach children about Chinese traditions, and the "Changchun history" lanterns that show the city's history and perhaps jog the memories of some of the elderly visitors. And, when all the lanterns were turned on at once, they created a shiny world.
