（2）Previously recommended project: The city will offer a 1 million yuan allowance to leading individuals or groups along with more than 100 square meters of workspace and more than 100 square meters of housing. The rent will be stable for 3 years. Jinmao venture capital firm will invest more than 15 percent of the registered capital of the enterprise.

（3）Common recommended project: The city will offer a 600,000 yuan allowance to leading individuals or groups along with more than 150 square meters of workspace and more than 100 square meters of housing. The rent will be stable for 3 years. Jinmao venture capital firm will invest more than 20 percent of the registered capital of the enterprise.

The above leading individuals or groups can be subsidized by 50 percent of the loan interest.
