The vibrant hue of magical lavenders coming into full blossom, in Wuxi's Xuelang Mountain area, is now a compelling sight for visitors during the Dragon Boat Festival.
The 7th Lavender Festival also got underway on May 10 in the scenic area and will run for a month until June 10.
The scenic spot in Wuxi has planted lavender for seven years, and its lavender field has been expanded to more than 33 hectares this year.
Now is the best time to enjoy the beauty of lavender, with its sweet aroma perfuming the air and its rich color bathing the landscape.
Visitors can chill out and enjoy the rich aroma at the beautiful eco-park and take a bike ride through this virtual sea of purple.
