The 2017 Wuxi Marathon is only two days away, and runners from across China and the world are already starting to arrive in Wuxi ahead of the big race.
And this year, the fun doesn't stop at the finishing line: There are loads of exciting events going on all weekend, and runners have privileged access! Here are some to look out for:
1. Don't miss the welcome dinner from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on March 18. Runners, their friends and family are all welcome. With a great pasta & pizza menu planned, as well as free-flow beer, the dinner at Mammamia Pizzeria (媽媽咪呀意大利餐廳) is sure to be a great night! Mammamia Pizzeria is located at No 9 Yongle Road, behind the Nikko Hotel.
2. Be sure to remember to fuel up at our post-race brunch at Goldener Stern Biergarten. Share race stories with other runners and celebrate a great finish with your family and friends over a fantastic buffet brunch. Goldener Stern Biergarten (弗蘭肯) is next to the Wuxi People's Theatre on Yonghe Road.
3. Make sure you make full use of your pink wristband. With it, you can enjoy preferential treatment in hundreds of restaurants, cinemas, shopping malls, tourist attractions, and entertainment places in the city.
