Kunshan is building five high-end hotels which will have the potential to become new landmarks and cater for the sophisticated traveller.

These hotels will offer exceptional lodging, dining and conferencing experiences to cater to the needs of different kinds of customers.

Golden Eagle Hotel (金鷹酒店)

The Golden Eagle Hotel is under construction in the busy city center of Kunshan. Upon completion it will form part of the Kunshan Golden Eagle International Shopping Center, and its 252-meter height and sharp harmonica-like shape will help drivers and pedestrians to locate the comprehensive commercial property sitting on Dongxin Street.

The developer of the hotel is the Golden Eagle International Group, based in Nanjing, the capital of Jiangsu province.

Kunshan Star (昆山之星)

To the north of Kunshan South Railway Station, the Kunshan Star Hotel will offer guests great views of the city.

Regal Royale Hotel, Kunshan (寧滬御?富豪酒店)

Working with local developer Kunshan Ninghu Co, the Regal Hotels International is building the group’s first Regal Royale Hotel. The five-star premium luxury brand is located in the suburban town of Huaqiao that enjoys excellent transportation facilities, from intercity expressways to the metro line linking it to Shanghai.

The Regal Royale Hotel is scheduled to open in 2017 with 250 guestrooms and suites on offer along with a host of leisure facilities such as the 24-hour lounge. It will also cater to corporate clients with state-of-the-art conference facilities included in the design of the property.

Wyndham Grand （特福隆?溫德姆酒店）

Incorporated into a residential community, Tefulong Yuting (特福隆), in Huaqiao town, the Wyndham Grand, a development by the Wyndham Hotel Group, is a beautifully designed property, located between the Lvdi Boulevard and Jishan Road.

The hotel is managed by the Wyndham Group. It offers 225 guestrooms and suites.

Tonino Lamborghini Hotel （上尚匯金?蘭博基尼酒店）

Tonino Lamborghini Hotels and Resorts will place a second hotel under its brand in Kunshan. Unlike the first Tonino Lamborghini Hotel located in the city center, the new one is situated inside Zhoushi town in the north of Kunshan, along the East Middle Ring Road. It will have a floor area of 10,000 square meters, sitting next to the Huixin shopping center.

The hotel brand is still emerging in Asia, but its luxury hotels in China offer, besides unique lodging experiences; authentic Italian product design culture, exceptional services, plush facilities, an exclusive environment and privacy.
