Yellow wine
Yellow wine is a unique invention of China. Zhouzhuang's history of making yellow wines goes back for centuries.
The brew is made from rice and millet and typically has an alcohol content of between 14 and 20 percent. Its yellowish brown color resembles the color of amber - thick and clear.
