The first photographic salon of Huaqiao Economic Development Zone opened on June 10. Han Chengfeng from China Photographers Association was invited to offer on-site teaching and 10 photographic enthusiasts from Huaqiao’s authorities attended.

The activity combined theory with practice. At 7:30 am, participants gathered in Huaxi Park and class began. Mr. Han offered an explanation of the shooting method of each photo in terms of environment, subject, composition, light and other aspects. Besides, he checked learning results by actual practice. After shooting, an on-site assessment was conducted. Shortages and improvements were pointed out for photos made by students. With this kind of “on-site learning with enlightenment,” participants quickly mastered shooting techniques.

Huaqiao International Service Business Park is at a greater stage of development. The salon seeks to cultivate many photographic talents with authority to record growth of the park.
