The Ruzhou Municipal Power Bureau has taken various measures to cope with power supply pressure caused by autumn heat.

After the start of autumn, local weather suffered an increase in temperatures and violent downpours. The power grid has been overloaded as a result.

In order to relieve power supply pressure, the Ruzhou Municipal Power Bureau enhanced exchange with the meteorological department to predict the weather and analyze the electrical load. The efforts resulted in better power grid flexibility and operation.

The Ruzhou Municipal Power Bureau also launched safety inspections and undertook targeted rectification measures to eliminate weak links and potential accidents. It has made greater efforts to inspect and maintain substation facilities and transmission lines. Most of the work has been done after midnight to minimize the inconvenience from power outages.
