Hu Zhongxiong, male, Han ethnic group, was born in January 1966 in Lixian county, Changde city, Hunan province. He began working in August 1989 and joined the CPC in April 1985. He has a doctoral degree in philosophy.
He currently serves as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee, secretary of the CPC Guiyang Municipal Committee and secretary of Party Working Committee of Guian New Area.
