Six enterprises in Southwest China's Guizhou province won the Outstanding Enterprise Award at the 7th China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition, which recently concluded in Shenzhen on Dec 21, according to the province's Science and Technology Department.
This is Guizhou's best performance in the past five years.
Guizhou CranCloud Technology Co Ltd and Guizhou Gloud Interactive Steaming Technology Co Ltd won the Internet Industry Outstanding Enterprise Award. Guizhou Zhongwu Juneng Technology Co Ltd and Guizhou Reach Precision Measurement Co Ltd were awarded as excellent enterprises in the advanced manufacturing industry. And Guizhou Winhong Technology Co Ltd and Guizhou Esgyn Information Technology Co Ltd won the Excellent Enterprise Award for the electronic information industry.
Organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology and other ministries and commissions, the competition has been held in Guizhou six times.
This year, a total of 126 companies from Guizhou participated in the competition, 92 of which met the qualifications. The companies spanned six fields: internet, electronic information, biomedicine, advanced manufacturing, new energy, energy conservation and environmental protection, and new materials.
After the preliminaries, semi-finals and finals, 12 companies were nominated for the national industry finals.
