According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, two small and micro enterprises from Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, have been selected as national entrepreneurship and innovation demonstrations bases.
So far, six bases in Guiyang have been recognized as national entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration bases for small and micro enterprises. The two newest are Guizhou (Wudang) Big Data Intelligent Industrial Base and Chehangjia O2O Experience Base.
Guizhou (Wudang) Big Data Intelligent Industrial Base is located in Wudang district, Guiyang and provides professional entrepreneurship and innovation services to small and micro companies, as well as individuals with start-up businesses.

By November 2018, the base had 155 companies with 1,600 positions and realized a production value of 600 million yuan ($86 million).
Chehangjia is an online second-hand car trading company who built an O2O experience center to provide vehicle certification, consignment, bidding, assessment and precise car search services for customers.
The company launched a CIAS vehicle certification and assessment system in 2015 and realized 13,263 vehicle appointment transactions with a trading volume of 608 million yuan.
Guiyang will award each newly selected base with 1 million yuan to support their future development. Each base will also establish an information data base on the official website of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for public inquiries.
During the three-year validity period of the demonstration bases, the ministry will entrust intermediary organizations to carry out yearly assessments and repeal the title of any companies who fail to meet the standards.
