The Niujiaozhai Waterfall Scenic Area, also known as the Phoenix Mountain Waterfall Scenic Area, is located in Huanjiang Maonan autonomous county, Hechi, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.

The waterfalls were newly discovered in 2009, with an average elevation of 700 to 900 meters. The scenic area is now a national 3A-level scenic area and the Guangxi Ecological Tourism Demonstration Zone.
