The zone is located in Bama Yao Autonomous County. It is by Cifu Lake on the downstream of the Panyang River. The elevation of the scenic zone is 350 meters. It is 12 kilometers away from the county seat and it takes about 20 minutes to get there from the county seat by car. It covers an area of 1.5 km2. There are altogether 59 guest rooms with 130 beds. All guest rooms are well-facilitated. The surrounding areas boast beautiful scenery. This scenic zone overlooks some of the most beautiful natural landscapes in China. There are 50 camping lots (100 beds), which can meet the needs of tourists and young travelers that like to go on an adventure and seek novelty.

In the scenic zone, there are comprehensive service facilities such as a conference center, the Yixin Dining Hall, the Tingyu Building, an outdoor swimming pool, a multifunctional gymnasium, a shopping center, a chess & poker room, and a leisure book bar. Of them, the Yixin Dining Hall is the dining hall for tourists, which can hold 200 people at a time. On the first floor of the Tingyu Building, there are five small dining rooms and two luxury rooms. There are eight featured rooms at the second floor. The Tingyu Building can hold 220 people at a time.

The scenic zone boasts many wonderful scenery and pleasant sights. Water from the Mosha Spring flows all year round. With green trees reflecting in the green waters, the Tianxiang Lake is sparkling with ripples. Along the edge of the lake are dense forests, green grass, and woods of peach trees. Fishes jump out of the water and birds fly over the lake. In the village, streams flow under small bridges, and old residences are contemplative and quiet. All these make it an Arcadia-like place.
