Products from HK and Macao exhibited at Lanzhou fair

About 50 famous brands from Hong Kong and Macao made their debut at the 20th Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair, chinadaily.com.cn reported on July 6.

Organized by Hong Kong's Ta Kong Pao, the brands showcased came from various industries—cosmetics, clothing, food, household items, wine, entertainment, medical supplies and health care, to name a few.

Covering an area of 180 square meters, the area dedicated to Hong Kong and Macao brands is located at the northeast field of the Lanzhou fair, neighboring the international Silk Road exhibition area and the exhibition halls of Iran, Zambia and Central Asian countries.

The brands attending the fair for the first time included: Sa Sa International Holdings Limited, Bonjour Holdings Limited, Lee Kum Kee Group, Watsons Group, Parknshop Supermarket, Mass Transit Railway Corporation Limited, PCCW Group, Hutchison Whampoa Limited, Swire Group, Hong Kong Ocean Park and Po Sum On Medicine Factory Limited.

Some government organizations, such as the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, for example, also sent delegations to the fair.

The 20th Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair opened in Lanzhou, the capital of Northwest China’s Gansu province on July 6. Trade talks are from July 6 to 8, while the commodities exhibition will last from July 15 to 19.
