The China Circular Economy Development Forum was held on May 19, organized by Xinhua News Agency. Cheng Huiqiang, research fellow and Assistant Director-General of the Research Institute of Resources and Environment Policies of the Development and Research Center of the State Council, attended the forum and spoke on circular economic development and new urban construction. The forum is a part of the China Beijing International High-Tech Expo, and has been held 11 times.
