Yu Bin, Director of General Office of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with M. Ayhan Kose, Director of the World Bank Development Prospects Group, and Chorching Goh, the bank's lead economist for China, Mongolia, and South Korea, on July 3, in Beijing.

Kose gave a keynote speech at a lecture "Global Economic Prospects", which was presided over by Yu Bin, with more than 30 participants from the Center's Chinese economic situation analysis group, Department of Macroeconomic Research, Department of Development Strategy and Regional Economy, Research Department of Foreign Economic Relations, Research Institute of Finance, and China Economic Times taking part.
