According to the research, in terms of hiring conditions, entrepreneurs tend to feel the government could give enough support to companies through measures of "decreasing the tax or helping the companies reduce their production and operating costs" and "stabilizing the price, reducing living costs, and increasing the attraction by lowering living costs in the companies' locations".

Since 2011, the labor cost to companies has been continuously increasing, bringing huge problems for companies; however, the lack of a labor force still exists, making the employees’ hiring problem appear more obvious.

In order to learn about current hiring conditions, the targeted measures will be formulated to help solve the problems.
