Lu Wei, director-general of the Department of Techno-economic Research of the Development Research Center of the State Council, joined Ma Mingjie, Tian Jietang, Dai Jianjun, and Yang Chao, departmental research fellows, in making a visit to the China Special Steel Enterprise Association’s Stainless Steel Council, on Aug 9.

They got an understanding of the steel council's general situation, organization, operations, and achievements as well as discussed and analyzed the major problems and obstacles of the association to further development.
