On June 29th, DRC Vice President Liu Shijin met with the Arabic TV Journalists Delegation. Mr. Liu briefly introduced the economic and social development in China and answered the guests’ questions such as narrowing the east-west gap and Eleventh Five-Year Plan. Mr. Gao Shiji, Deputy Director General of DRC’s Research Department of Development Strategy and Regional Economy, Mr. Gong Sen, Senior Research Fellow of Research Department of Social Development and Mr. Zhang Hongfei, Program Officer of DRC’s International Cooperation Department, were also present at the meeting.
