Chinese game company Snail Games (Snail) announced in July that it's taking Chinese game developer Skymoons and publisher iQIYI to court for copyright infringement.

According to Snail, the mobile game The Journey Of Flower developed by Skymoons has infringed its game named Taichi Panda. However, Snail has already been embroiled in a lawsuit with Blizzard Entertainment over character designs in Taichi Panda, which Blizzard believes Snail has infringed the copyrighted material of World of Warcraft.
