The internal organization of cooperation enterprises

Cooperation enterprises set up Board of directors or the joint managerial Commission as the organization. The joint ventures which have the legal person set up the Board of Directors, and those which does not have set up a joint management commission. In addition, agreed by the Board of directors or the joint managerial Commission, cooperative enterprises can also entrust other experts from management partners after the establishment. However, this still needs to deal with the formalities of examination and approval.
