          Rights to be exercised when the property management company of residential quarter is not accepted

          If the property management company of residential quarter is not accepted, for example, the owners believe that the property management fees of the residential quarters are high, the management level is low and relations with the owners are tense, the owners can exercise their rights in accordance with the property law and other relevant laws and regulations.

          The Property Law provides that the owners may establish an owners' assembly and select an owners' committee,may change the property service enterprise. Their rights and obligations include: formulating or modifying the stipulations on the management of the building and its affiliated facilities; employment or removal of the property management service or other managers; and raising and use of funds for the maintenance of a building and its attached facilities.
