The Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has launched an industrialization project in Zhongguancun’s Huairou Science Park, focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of high temperature solar energy products.
The project aims to offer solar steam systems to industries and families – at a low cost.
The initiative involves building a vacuum solar water heater production line with an annual capacity of 200,000 units, and also a solar heat collector production line with an annual capacity of 30,000 units.
