2009 China Kunming International Cultural Tourism Festival and Kunming Carnival

Venue: Kunming City

A grand opening ceremony will be held for 2009 China Kunming International Cultural Tourism Festival and Kunming Carnival, well dressed up performance teams of 26 ethnic groups from Yunnan and foreign countries will go on the stage and give colorful and featured ethnic singing and dancing performances. At the same time, singing and dancing performances with local features and ethnic style from prefectures will be held. The tourists and citizens will not only experience interactive performances and enjoy the fun and happiness in activity, but also appreciate buildings and ethnic costumes with local ethnic styles. In addition, performances will be given by folk actors from everywhere in Yunnan, featured folk handiwork and Street Banquet of ethnic featured food, fully manifesting the ethnic culture and delicacies of Kunming.
