An outdoor wedding banquet of the Lisu ethnic group is held in Xinyu village of Dechang county, southwest China's Sichuan province, Feb 15, 2013. Dechang's Lisu people live in family- or clan-based villages most of which locates on river valley slopes of around 1,500 to 3,000 meters above the sea level. They still practice a wedding tradition that has uncommon conventions including bridal face-shaving, outdoor wedding banquet and overnight group dance.[Photo/Xinhua] |
