What's the real happniess?

Having read the story A Glass Of Milk, we are not simply touched by the happy ending but the theme—being grateful. The lady gave the boy a hand  who rendered back years later. In the modern times, more and more people notice the lack of appreciation, but they don't take action to solve the problems. It is necessary for us to be thankful. Holding a grateful heart towards everyone and everything is a way to happiness.

Suffering from the tough pressure and severe competition, people pay little attention to the kindness from others. They even take the kindness for granted. As a consequence the indifference among the people is getting more and more vivid and serious. This is a story of everyone. When we were young, we used to play with our parents. When we grow up, we leave them, and only come to them when we need something or when we are in trouble. No matter what, parents will always be there and give everything they could to make us happy. Have we realized that we are the most important part of their busy day? Have we ever express  our gratitude to them? We get used to their endless and selfless love.

Not only does the family desire for gratitude but also the society. Gratitude is a virtue. Living in the building complex, we find fewer consideration, concern and affection. Developing the gratitude-teaching program base on improving the social environment. We should regard, respect and appreciate others' help. When we attach the importance to the gratitude, we try to render back. A gentle glance, a sweet smile and a glass of milk will make us warm in the severe cold winter. Being grateful to everyone, we will find our society is full of love and humanity.

Gratitude is a seed in the interpersonal soil, which stimulates the construction of a harmonious society. Owning an appreciative heart means embracing the happiness.
