對貿(mào)易往來的客戶說no并不容易，但是該說的時(shí)候還是得說，只是要注意措詞適當(dāng)，在拒絕的同時(shí)盡力維護(hù)已經(jīng)建立起來的貿(mào)易聯(lián)系。
