Just want to say that, as a mother, looking at the photographs of quake victims on this website made me cry today. I cannot imagine how much grief the affected families are going through. My thoughts are with them. Also, the tireless work of rescue and recovery must be relentless and exhausting, but it is always so inspiring to see how people help people in a crisis.

Wen is truly beautiful and moving. The love and care that he shows in his supportive actions towards his fellow Chinese shows what a true and wonderful official he is and represent, he is truly there for his people. Each hour since this horrific event happened there have been many people of all walks of life who have moved many with their selflessness. They all deserve to be acknowledged but most will never be. This includes police officers, firemen, soldiers, medics, and civilians. I only hope and pray that there are many more survivors yet to be found and reunited with their loved ones.

Every Chinese person from across the globe feel the pain and loss of their fellowmen in the motherland. Nothing in this world can ease the pain the parents are experiencing now over the loss of their beloved children. Time will never heal but the Chinese spirit lives on and will see each other through.

I am a foreign teacher in Kaifung Henan and would like to say that all of china should be proud of their government and army and their speedy help to the people of the quake they showed the world that this is a government that cares. i feel very sad every day for the victims and proud to be in china for 6 years. i wouldnt want to be any where else in the world even though iam an american and german citizen. i personally believe its the best i have a PHD in Computer science and i think quite clever so what i say is from years of working in 47 countries and i found the best.

我是個在河南開封工作的外籍教師。我認為全中國都應該為中國政府和軍隊在震后的快速行動感到滿意。世界看到了中國政府是一個關心人民的政府。每天我都為遇難者感到悲傷，但也為在中國生活了六年而自豪。雖然我擁有美國和德國的國籍，但是我只想留在中國。我是個計算機學專業(yè)的博士，曾經(jīng)在47個國家工作過，我覺得中國是最好的國家。
