Chef ready to exercise talent in Beijing

Chef Chandra Arunasalam is still new to Beijing and looking to impress Beijingers with his international culinary background. Born in Malaysia, this chef has previously worked in many high-profile hotels and restaurants in England, the Maldives and spent most of his career in the US. The legendary chefs he worked with in the US include Charlie Trotter and Chef Thomas Keller at three-Michelin-starred The French Laundry. He joined Hilton Beijing Wangfujing as the executive chef late last year and is quite excited to impress lovers for the upcoming Valentine's Day.
