I tried few ways to make "good" (for my own taste) tortilla pancakes.
The bestway I found – is described below.
level: easy
preparation time: 40-45 minutes
cooking time: 30-60 seconds per cake
ingredients:
about equal quantity of corn, and wheat flours
oil
salt
hot water (boiled about 15-30 minutes before adding)
preparation:
mix both flours with salt (up to taste, You can even make it with no salt if You want)
