Special education school in NE China county

Photo taken on Nov. 21 shows students of a special education school walking out of a needlework workshop after a practical course in Liaozhong county, Northeast China's Liaoning province. There are over 90 students educated in the school which is open to the deaf and mute, and even to the children and youth with mental deficiency.
