Former Playboy model Jenny McCarthy has slammed Tom Cruise's infamous
couch-jumping act on The Oprah Winfrey Show last year, insisting the bizarre
routine was proof of a mid-life crisis.
The buxom blonde insists
43-year-old Cruise's over-enthusiastic display of his love for fiancée Katie
Holmes, 16 years his junior, was his way of showing his age has not affected his
allure with young and attractive women.
McCarthy says, "You realize so many things in your twenties that it takes
until you're 30 to know who you truly are.
"You move on and get older and go through a mid-life crisis or a Tom Cruise
crisis.
"Some guys buy Ferraris, some guys jump on Oprah's couch. It just depends."
