About HK$101.4 billion (US$13 billion) of Hong Kong's total exports to China's mainland in this year's second quarter were for outward processing, up 22 percent over a year earlier, the Hong Kong government's Census and Statistics Department said Hong Kong Tuesday.

The value of domestic exports to the mainland for outward processing dipped 2 percent to HK$6.5 billion (US$833.3 million) while the value of re-exports rose 25 percent to HK$95 billion (US$12.18 billion), it said.
