Chief Executive Tung Chee-hwa will pay a duty visit to Beijing on Saturday, a government spokesman said yesterday.

Tung will meet with leaders of the central government and brief them about the latest situation in Hong Kong.

During his absence, Chief Secretary for Administration Donald Tsang will be the acting chief executive.
