"Young Miao people know less and less about our tradition and culture. Just like me, I wear the Miao wedding dress today, but I didn't know that before my mother told me earlier. I do hope more people pay attention, or take part in the festival. It's a great way to promote culture of ethnic groups in the country," she said.
