Zhang Guoli to host Spring Festival Gala

China Central Television (CCTV) unveiled the hosts of its annual Spring Festival Gala, to be held on New Year's Eve on the Chinese lunar calendar. And actor Zhang Guoli is the new face on the host list.

Television hosts Zhu Jun, Dong Qing, Bi Fujian, Li Sisi will continue on in their roles from last year's Gala. Li Yong, one of last year's hosts, has left CCTV and will not return for this year's show. Li's position will be replaced by famed Chinese actor Zhang Guoli. This is Zhang's first time to host the Gala.
