Railway staff too serve the people
It is easy to understand why the trouble in getting a ticket for family reunion during the Spring Festival has constantly been a great concern for people in recent years.
Some netizens harshly slam ticket scalpers and some colluding staff in related authorities, who are in charge of ticket selling, blaming them for the gap between demand and supply of tickets.
