Justice should be paramount

Comment on Liu Shinan's column "Cops should know justice is above all" (China Daily, Nov 26)

You touch a good point. One of foreigners' biggest surprises in China is when there is a car accident, most drivers usually remain on the road, blocking all traffic without any consideration for the public and quickly dialing whoever can help them out of trouble.
