No, we don't mean the miniature models, but people who dress up and pose next to cars in auto shows.

Car models work odd hours but sometimes the whole day. Their entire job is standing beside the car and posing. Smiling is the key.

It looks easy, but try standing there the whole day still and smiling, especially when you want to sneeze or scratch or go to toilet. The models often hold it until the display is over.
