9fbank.com, an online platform dedicated to Internet finance, on Thursday launched a new wealth management product based on debt investment across different industries.
As opposed to Yuebao, the online financial product launched by Internet giant Alibaba that focuses on money market funds, the new product comprises smaller debt investments mainly in the service, manufacturing, agriculture, consumption, furniture and decoration industries.
The product's annual yield is expected to be about 10 percent.
Set up in 2006, 9fbank was one of the country's first Internet finance companies.
