This screen grab shows one of the two Chinese young men who climbed to the top of the Shanghai Tower. After an illegal climb by two Russians during Spring Festival, new video and photos showing two Chinese young men climbing the tower once again became a hit on the Internet. The two claim that the purpose of the climb was to show that Chinese can do whatever foreigners can do. Shanghai Tower issued a statement on its micro blog on Wednesday, saying the construction sites are stepping up security and urging people not to attempt such dangerous feats. [Photo/icpress.cn] |
