China's civil aviation industry moved out of the red and began to report overall profits in 2009, according to Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC).

Exports of mechanical and electrical products, which account for more than half of the nation's export volume, are expected to increase by 10 percent in 2010, a senior government official said yesterday.
