Lindsay Lohan is dating a model.

The 25-year-old actress - who was previously in a lesbian relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson - has been spotted on a dinner date with Spencer Falls at Hollywood's Chateau Marmont hotel, and the hunk was also seen leaving her home in Venice Beach, California.

A fellow diner told America's Star magazine: "Lindsay seemed totally smitten by him and just really happy. It was really refreshing to see her back to her old self again."

The troubled actress - who last month completed 35 days under house arrest for stealing a necklace and violating the terms of her 2007 conviction for driving under the influence (DUI) - was recently pictured having her breast fondled by Spencer during a late night photo shoot captured by her friend Tyler Shields in Los Angeles.

After the shoot, the celebrity photographer wrote on his website: "Lindsay Lohan, Spencer Falls and I had way too much fun on this one! A little romance never hurt anyone until it ended.

"In matters of love sometimes you have to be willing to get your hands dirty."

Lindsay dated Samantha on and off for around two years before they eventually split for good in 2009. She has also briefly dated British model Calum Best, Adrian Grenier and snowboarder Riley Giles.
