          Britney Spears?has topped an annual April Fool's Day weekend poll to find the Most Foolish Americans.
          The shaven-headed pop star beat her one-time party pal Paris Hilton, Michael Jackson, President George W. Bush, Mel Gibson and O.J. Simpson in the Opinion Research Group's foolhardy list.
