Audi has the most satisfied customers in China

In a survey of almost 14,000 new-car buyers as part of establishing this year's J.D. Power China Sales Satisfaction Index, Audi recorded the highest levels of customer satisfaction for the third consecutive year.

In the China Sales Satisfaction Index, it was stated that Audi impressed new-car buyers particularly in the areas of the sales dialogue, customer care, after-sales service and delivery process. From February through March 2012, almost 14,000 new-car buyers who had bought their car between August 2011 and March 2012 were polled. Audi recorded 898 points (out of a possible 1,000), an increase of 11 on last year's score, while general customer satisfaction with the automotive industry was down six points to a total of 841.

General Manager of the Audi Sales Division Dominique Boesch said FAW-VW Audi will organize a series of activities to let our customers experience the quality embedded in our brand.

The company will also let customers see the value and honor of our brand from various aspects, Boesch said on Jan 17 after Audi Annual News Conference in Beijing.

The SSI has been calculated every year since 2000 by J.D. Power Asia Pacific in China. This study is one of eight surveys carried out by J.D. Power Asia Pacific in China.

In the two surveys already published in 2012?- the China Customer Satisfaction Index Study and the China New-Vehicle Intender Study?- Audi was also the best premium manufacturer. FAW-VW Audi has been retaining the top position in J.D. Power's "China's auto sales satisfaction" and "China's auto customers' satisfaction" of premium car brands.
