Top 10 employers devoted most to CSR in China

A recent survey jointly published by Peking University's Institute of Social Science Survey and Zhaopin.com has ranked the employers according to their commitment to the Chinese society in 2016.

The study, based on feedback from more than four million respondents said respect is a key factor for young employees looking for ideal employers, and other considerations include a good income outlook, equal and fair treatment, welfare and benefits,and an attractive company culture, according to China's leading career platform, Zhaopin.com.

Here are the 10 employers devoted most to the corporate social responsibility initiatives in China in 2016:
